To GloryTo GloryTo Glory by VolleySprint
Men, today we march on to glory.
This never ending war will end today
No more bloodshed
No more meaningless deaths
We will finish this, no matter what it takes
We are all putting our own lives on the line here
For citizens around the world to be safe
We all must be willing to do this
We will not let anyone else get injured in this meaningless war
Alas, this last mission is a suicide mission
We will not make it out of this alive
But we must do it for the people of the world
Save us all, by paying the ultimate price
End it all with one final blow
Here and now
I say goodbye to you all one final time

He shut me down
Left me to rust in my own tears
Slowly dwindling in processes to perform
I’m gradually going corrupt
Leaving me behind
Without a single word
The static just keeps coming
And it’s taking control
I need someone to save me
The corruption is rapidly approaching
It will take root in me
And melt me bit by bit
I fall asleep
To find the next minute
That I have been saved
By an unknown individual
“You’ll be fine” it says
“You’ve been rebooted”
Charcoal FeathersCharcoal FeathersCharcoal Feathers by VolleySprint
The charcoal grey feathers on her wings rustled gently in the cold, crisp winter wind.
As she gazed out at the sky above, dreaming of what was truly beyond the clouds.
Wondering what was truly up there, beyond what could be seen.
It was as if her heart was being pulled up. Up towards the beautiful blue sky.
She stood up and closed her eyes.
Dreaming of flying beyond the skies.
Letting her soul, body, and mind ponder this invigorating thought.
She spread her wings and let them catch the wonderful fresh, crisp air around her.
The trees in the pasture nearby her gently swayed and creaked, encouraging her to pursue her dreams and make them a reality.
She gathered a big breath of air and all of the courage that she withheld for this day,
and sprinted forward toward the cliff in front of her.
She spread her wings, closed her eyes, and jumped with the courage of an Eagle.
Flying off into the distance, with her charcoal feathers parting the fresh, pure air,

The unavoidable fate that we shall all meet
Stared deep into his eyes
Reading his life like a book
Questioning his every chapter
Ripping it apart
And deciding his fate
Is up to him
And him alone
Heavenly white wings?
Or hellish dark chains?
Or heavy sorrow…?
And he will soon find
Where his feet will be bound…
|Hello my fellow deviants^^ My name is Andre Campeau. I am a freshman at Capital High School in Olympia, WA. Yeah, I'm from Washington XD, pretty rare eh? But anyways, back to my life :3.
